Qualities: BB/CC, BB/BB, OVL/BTR and other qualities in accordance with special requirements
Dimensions: 2500/2440 x 1220 mm as well as overlengths up to approx. 6000 x 1220mm (thickness 2.4 up to approx. 40 mm)
Glue: WBP (phenolic resin), MR E1, Melamine resin type1 E-1 (Exterieur)

Brown and black phenolic film (120 or 220 g/m2), both sides smooth or anti-slip wiremesh structure one side.
Species: Birch, Meranti, Alder, Keruing, Hevea, Poplar etc.
Dimensions: 1525/1500×3050/3000 mm, 1250x2500x1250 mm, 1220x2440x1220 mm, 1500×750 mm, 2500×610 mm with thickness range from 4 to approx. 30 mm

Our Light Weight Panel products are successfully used in RV industry, vehicle construction, exhibition stand construction etc. The use of special light weight species such as Albasia Falcata and Balsa in combination with the technical know-how of our processing factories has generated the following light weight products: Light weight plywood, light weight blockboard, light weight lumber core, Balsa end grain core

BALSA
We sell this particularly light weight species (botan. “Ochroma”) on behalf of our mills in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea as kiln-dried sawn timber, smoothly sanded sheets for model construction and mouldings up to end grain panels and plywood made of Balsa rotary veneers.
Sawn timber: e.g. 4”x2” and wider in lengths from 3`to 8`, or according to your request, qualities for both, industry and model construction are available.
Sheets for model construction: 1 to 40 mm thick, 100 mm wide, 1000 mm long, sawn from pre-selected balsa, planed and smoothly sanded
End grain panels: 6 mm and thicker, dimensions up to approx. 3100×1250 mm, densities under 100kg/m3, 100-150kg/m3 or 150kg/m3 upwards (also available as “block” up to a thickness of 60 cm)

SIDING PLYWOOD
Hardwood plywood sidings are manufactured from very high-quality rotary veneers and usually supplied with grooved surface with shiplap along both long edges of the panel.
Dimensions: 2500/2440/2135×1220/915mm (8`x4`, 7`x4`, 7×3`) in standard thicknesses 9, 12 & 15 mm (overlengths on request)

FIRE-RETARDANT WOOD-BASED PANELS
Our partner mill offers also fire-retardant birch plywood according to standard B-s1d0 as well as standard EN45545 (for the use in railway vehicles). To ensure health protection, only non-toxic solutions are used.
Dimensions: 1250×2500 or 1525×3050 mm in the thicknesses 12-30 mm
